Dr Saptama Ganguly has extensive expertise in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gum disease. Combining a calm, patient-focused manner with the latest evidence-based techniques, Dr Ganguly is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles that last a lifetime.
Dr Ganguly has been granted the Specialty Fellowship in Periodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.
She has completed her Membership in Periodontics (M Perio) from RCS Edinburgh in 2025, which is recognised as the end point of training in the field of restorative dentistry.
She completed her LDS from Royal College of Surgeons, England, graduated with Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Periodontics from India and is a gold medallist in Periodontics. Dr Ganguly also holds a certificate from Londec, Kings College London for undertaking advanced training in the rationales and techniques of Periodontal Surgery.
Dr Ganguly has an extensive experience of ten years in Dental Surgery and currently focusing on non-surgical, surgical and regenerative periodontal therapy.
Of the many procedures she has performed, she is especially passionate about regenerative surgeries, pink aesthetic treatments — such as gingival veneers and smile design and mucogingival surgeries, including root coverage.
She is an active member of the British Society of Periodontology (BSP) and regularly upgrade her skills through advance trainings, seminars and various national and international conferences. Her research includes four published articles.
